How long does it take to build a website?
A one-page Launch website has a seven-day delivery target from the time we receive your content and approvals. Multi-page Growth websites and custom Scale projects take longer depending on scope, and we agree on a timeline upfront during the Discover stage.
Can Sovak AI build a website from scratch?
Yes. We handle design, development, content structuring, mobile responsiveness and basic SEO setup from the ground up. You do not need an existing website, logo or brand guide to start.
Meta Ads and Advertising Spend
Do you manage Facebook and Instagram ads?
Yes. Our Meta Ads service covers audience research, ad creative, campaign setup, conversion tracking and ongoing optimisation. This is included in the Growth package and available as part of Scale retainers.
Is advertising spend included in the package?
No. The Growth package fee covers our management of your campaigns. Your actual ad spend is billed separately by Meta directly to your ad account, so you stay in full control of your budget.
WhatsApp Automation and CRM
How does WhatsApp lead routing work?
When someone submits an enquiry on your website or lands through an ad, their details are captured and routed to your WhatsApp or CRM in real time, so your team can follow up quickly instead of checking email or ad dashboards manually.
Can you integrate AI and CRM automation?
Yes. We set up automated enquiry handling, lead qualification and follow-up workflows, and connect them to common CRMs so leads do not sit untouched after the first click.
Ownership, Support and Flexibility
Who owns the website and domain?
You do. Once the project is delivered and paid for, the website, its code and your domain belong to you. We can continue managing hosting and updates if you want, but ownership is never tied to an ongoing contract.
Can I request additional features or pages later?
Yes. Websites are built to be extended. Additional pages, features or integrations can be scoped and quoted separately once your initial project is live, so you only pay for what you need when you need it.
What is included in ongoing support?
Launch is a one-time build with no retainer attached. Growth includes a monthly performance report alongside ads management. Scale includes a dedicated growth lead and ongoing optimisation as part of the retainer.
Pricing and Payments
How are payments structured?
Launch and the Growth website fee are one-time charges. Growth ads management is billed monthly. Scale is retainer-based with terms agreed during the Discover stage. All prices are in INR and GST is additional.
