How is payment structured?
Launch and Growth website fees are one-time project payments. Growth ads management is billed monthly. Scale is a retainer agreed upfront based on scope.
Is ad spend included in any package?
No. Ad spend is always billed separately, directly to your Meta Ads account. Our fee covers strategy, setup and management, not the media spend itself.
What happens if my project needs more than what is listed?
If your requirements go beyond a package's scope, such as more pages or additional integrations, we will quote the difference clearly before any extra work begins.
How long does delivery take?
Launch has a seven-day delivery target from the time content and assets are shared. Growth and Scale timelines depend on scope and are confirmed during the discovery stage.
Can I upgrade from Launch to Growth later?
Yes. Many businesses start with Launch to get online quickly, then move to Growth once they are ready to invest in lead generation.
Do prices include GST?
No. All prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is applied additionally as per applicable rates.
